July 21, 2002 -- Toronto -- Earlier today, its founder and President publicly announced the incorporation of EXEMPLAR INC. by way of charter pursuant to the Ontario Business Corporations Act.  The President was quoted as saying: “... this [sic the incorporation] solidifies EXEMPLAR's presence with our customers, suppliers and the capital marketplace.”

EXEMPLAR INC., a Canadian private corporation, conducts research and development of inventions and related intellectual property, for commercialization of a broad range of innovative consumer products.
